1. The service
This online configurator lets you assemble an indicative server configuration and see an estimated price. It is provided free of charge, for information purposes only. By using it you accept these terms.
2. Prices and offers are not binding
All prices, availability indications, configurations and generated documents (including the downloadable “indicative offer” PDF) are non-binding estimates. They do not constitute an offer, a quotation or a commitment of any kind. A price becomes binding only after it has been reviewed and validated by our sales team and confirmed to you in a formal, written quotation. Until such confirmation, we may correct or change any price or specification without notice.
3. Accuracy of information
Component specifications, compatibility checks and prices are compiled with care but may contain errors or become outdated. Manufacturer specifications prevail. We are under no obligation to honour configurations or prices displayed as a result of errors, omissions or outdated data.
4. No warranties
The configurator is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Using the configurator creates no obligation for us to supply hardware, reserve stock, or maintain any displayed price.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for any direct or indirect damage, loss of profit, loss of data or other loss arising from the use of the configurator, from reliance on its results, or from decisions taken on the basis of the generated documents. Your sole remedy is to stop using the service.
